28 February 2022 is Rare Disease Day!

More awareness for the rare hereditary PTEN Hamartoma Tumour Syndrome (PHTS) is very important. Many patients are not yet recognized and do not receive the care they need.

The Radboudumc in Nijmegen (the Netherlands) is one of the European PHTS expert centres and performs a lot of research on PHTS. The INSPECT study is one of these research projects: a European study on clinical characteristics, cancer risks, cancer prognoses and treatment. Patients or their representatives and doctors all over Europe can contribute to this study.

By working together, we can collect much information about this rare syndrome!
